Today’s blog is inspired by the catwalks at London Fashion week. I’m always looking for inspiration for my nails and here are a few that caught my eye and I thought I could transfer onto my nails.
I loved this top and decided the main print of it would look so cute and girly. I tried to stick to the colours and these are my nails . . .
I seen this ‘postcard’ from mulberry and loved it! I love water colour and tried to recreate this look with nail polish. These are my nails . . .
House of Holland
I thought this House of Holland dress was stunning and eye catching, some bright and summery inspiration for this Spring/Summer. Again I tried to stick to the same colours, these are my nails . . .
I adore this stylish and chic Burberry coat and thought it would be a perfect design to try out my new nail art hearts technique. Again I tried sticking to the same colours, these are my nails . . .
Alongside the stylish and chic Burberry coat there was this dress, again perfect to try out my new nail art hearts technique. I tried sticking to the same colours and had to do a coat of brown and a purple colour to match, these are my nails . . .
I really liked the print of this coat, I thought it would be very easily transferred to nails and a print I hadn’t tried out before. I ended up having to use a slightly darker shade of tan, these are my nails . . .
I liked the army camouflage look from whistles, although I think for spring/summer I would chose some brighter or pastel colours. These are my nails, not the same colours but as close as I could colour match with the polishes I have . . .
Isn’t this Aminaka Wilmonts dress so beautiful, girly and summery, I also liked how I could use my flower technique I think I perfected with the Cath Kidston inspired nails. These are my nails . . .
I hope you have enjoyed this blog and think I’ve done some justice to these designers through my nails 🙂 let me know what you think! And don’t forget to follow me on Twitter @mylifemyblog_z or on Instagram @zeejay86
