Tried out a couple of recipes from this month’s Sainsbury’s magazine last night. Some cashew-date energy balls and maple peanut butter raw ‘fudge’. I hold my hands up, some of the ingredients I just substituted for what I had in the house. I can be a weirdo with textures and tastes of foods so didn’t want to splurge out on the expensive stuff till I knew I liked the recipe.
So I will do my best to update you and give you more info on it all in the next couple of days or so.
Ps the cashew-date energy balls are amazing!!!
