Diet dinner – quick update

Dinner tonight again was low syn on extra easy.  Grilled chicken, salad, sweet chilli potato cubes (1.5 syns) and homemade couscous salad.  So yummy and really filling, alongside soo much fluid today!!! Keep going guys (I know many of you are dieting too) we can do it! x
